TNT Campers @ Lazy Bear Weekend 2012

Hey TNT Campers, It's time to head to the river and support our friends at Lazy Bear. Hope to see everyone there for good food, good fun and who knows, you may meet a new friend. We have the majority of Parkers reserved for Tents and about 6 RV sites. So if you are planning to bring an RV, let me know so I can save a spot for you. TNT Campers is a group of guys & a few gals who like to head out to Guerneville on the Russian River and camp out. Whether you have an RV, a tent or simply a desire to go camp. We cook, we eat, we drink and just have lots of fun. A few guidelines: 1.We have team leads i.e. Dish washing Team lead, Food Prep Team Lead, Clean up Team Lead etc. 2.We have prepared a signup sheet allowing you to sign up to help with the different chores at the camp. For example, you can sign up to do dishes after a meal, help prep for meals, keep the camp clean etc. Click here to signup to help http://www.signupgenius.com/go/lazy4 3.We like for you to RSVP ASAP so we can plan our meals a little better and make sure we have enough food for everyone. 4. Please be respectful of Parker's Resort and it's management. Louise, Carlos & it's owner Richard have been very accommodating to TnT Campers for many years and we want to continue the wonderful relationship we have developed. Please keep the area clean and do not destroy or cut trees, branches or vegetation without prior approval. I think we can all abide by these simple but much needed guidelines. FAQ: How much is the camping fee? Camping fee is still the same, RV $32.70 per night and Tents $27.25, both include tax payable to Louise upon arrival at Parkers Resort. Is there electricity? Yes there is, however you may want to bring an extension cord. Are there showers? Yes, showers with hot water are available for free. What should I bring? A place to sleep such as a tent or RV, blankets, towels, warm clothes for cool evenings, shorts during the day. Bring your favorite beverages such as beer, or any other alcohol you like. You do not have to bring food as we prepare meals for the entire group unless you require a special diet. We do ask that you please contribute to the food & supply fund in whatever amount you can and feel comfortable with.
