Saturday, September 13th Guerneville Veterans Memorial Hall First & Church Streets, Guerneville Pre-Sale Ticket Holders admitted at 5:30pm and must claim seats by 6:30pm. Doors open at 6pm. Games start at 7pm. Costume Contest! Free Sh&t to Raffle! Snack Bar! PLEASE: Players must be 18 years of age or older. No exceptions. No alcohol is allowed in line or in the Bingo Hall. No exceptions. No smoking, e-cigarettes or other vaporizing allowed If you violate either of these rules, you will be asked to leave and not issued a refund. Online tickets are $20, and are good for: Entry for one person, two bingo card packs and five raffle tickets. (Each card pack includes one card for each of the seven games.) Extra bingo cards ($5 per book) and extra raffle tickets ($1 each) will be available for purchase at the door. Purchase advance tickets at www.rrsisters.org SPECIAL VIP PACKAGE - Reserved Table for 10 Players - $250.00 For groups of up to 10 people wishing to sit together, you may reserve an entire table, which seats 10 players for $250.00. Each player will receive entry, two bingo card packs, 5 raffle tickets, and special VIP gifts. The reserved VIP tables are the closest to the stage, at the front of the room. VIP Tables must be purchased no later than 1 week prior to the game, but they generally sell out much sooner. Pre-Sale Ticket Holders admitted at 5:30pm. Doors open at 6pm. Games start at 7pm. Pre-sold ticket holders will be admitted starting at 5:30 pm, and must arrive no later than 6:30pm. After 6:30pm, advanced purchase ticket holders will continue to be admitted preferentially as long as there is room in the Hall. However, unclaimed seats may be re-sold to people in the regular waiting line. Failure to arrive on time does not qualify you for a refund. Entry is on a first come, first seated basis. There are no reserving or saving of seats allowed. Refunds for advanced purchase tickets are available within 12 hours of the initial purchase time/date and on a case-by-case basis only after that time. The RR Sisters cannot issue refunds, you must contact Brown Paper Tickets directly to discuss refunds. Online Ticket Sales will automatically be cut off at 11:30pm on the night before Bingo, or when we have sold all available tickets, which ever occurs first. After that time, you will be required to purchase tickets at the door, starting at 6pm. The line to purchase tickets at the door forms early in the afternoon.
